Senior@work

Senior@work (2008) - a study of how, in four European countries (Italy, Belgium, Ireland and Denmark), they have at a local level emphasized retaining older workers.

Based on the analysis of individual countries practical advice is given on how to satisfy the needs of the elderly. In addition, the study provides recommendations on how to transfer good practice through trans-regional cooperation.
