Smart Mature Resilience (2018) – is a project that, supported by the EU programme Horizon 2020, developed a guideline and a number of tools for assessment and strengthening of urban resilience. All products are freely available at http://smr-project.eu/home/

On the website, you can find The European Resilience Management Guideline, which is targeted at city-level decision-makers, including city council members, technical staff working with climate adaptation and urban resilience, and other stakeholders working with urban resilience.
