European Resilience Management Guideline

The European Resilience Management Guideline (2018) - is a guide to processes and tools for creating more resilient cities.

It was developed in the EU project Smart Mature Resilience. The target group for the guideline is city-level decision-makers, including city council members, technical staff working with climate adaptation and urban resilience, and other stakeholders working with urban resilience.
