DIVERSITY
Objective
The project ‘DIVERSITY: Including Migrants through Organisational Development and Programme Planning in Adult Education’ seeks to develop a new method, intended to transform the predominant perception of migrants and minorities as separate categories from ‘regular’ groups in adult education.
Activities
In order to achieve this aim, the following activities will be conducted:
- A review of current practices regarding adult education, and the inclusion of migrants and minorities
- The development of an curriculum for adult education providers, to enable them to plan their educational offers to include migrants as a target group
- A testing of the curriculum

The project is implemented in cooperation between:

- Institut de Haute Formation aux Politiques Communautaires, Belgium
- European Association for the Education of Adults, Belgium
- Epistimoniki Enosi Ekpedefsis, Greece
- National University of Ireland Maynooth, Ireland
- IDP SAS Di Giancarlo Constantino, Italy
- VIFIN, Denmark (the project is now transferred to Grunnet & Petersen)
Financing
The project is supported by the EU program Erasmus+ and is implemented October 1st 2019 – March 31st 2022.
