Welcome
Objective
The aim of the project Welcome (Welcome to Universities and Higher Education) is to overcome the challenges of refugees to access higher education (universities, etc.), and to support their already obtained qualifications and preparatory training in order for them to be able use their education and continue to develop in their host countries.
Activities
The main activities of the project revolve around exchange of best practice between the participating countries on the topic of improvement of refugees’ access to higher education. The exchange is carried out through meetings and study visits in the different countries with participation of relevant stakeholders in each country, i.e. universities, adult education institutions, and politicians.
