The purpose of EVA (A European Entrepreneurship VET Model and Assessment Framework for Ethnic Minorities) is to develop tools for assessing and developing competencies of refugees and immigrants who want to be entrepreneurs.

The project will develop an online platform for assessing entrepreneurship skills of immigrants, and further to provide training and information materials within those areas they need to improve competencies. The platform will also include an ‘entrepreneurship simulator’ for testing their achieved skills. Stakeholders from the educational sector will be involved to investigate the possibility of making an official certificate for the learning outcome of the users.

The project is carried out with VIFIN as coordinator and in cooperation with:

  • Synthesis Center for Research and Education Ltd. (Cyprus)
  • Landeshauptstadt Magdeburg (Germany)
  • Politecnico de Torino (Italy)
  • Consorzio Scuola Comunità Impresa (Italy)
  • Solidarity and Overseas Service Malta Association (Malta)

The project is financed by Erasmus+, and is being implemented September 2016 – August 2018.
