MobiSticks at Work

Objective

The objective of the project was to test MobiSticks codes in a business-related context. MobiSticks are 2D codes that are scanned with the camera on a mobile phone and refer to a website or material (text, audio, image, video, pdf file).

The use of MobiSticks may be particularly relevant for companies with foreign employees, as information about the Danish labor market can easily be communicated in this way. However, other companies can also benefit greatly from MobiSticks, for example to communicate work instructions, business procedures and other important information.


Activities

2D codes were produced, which conveyed information about the labor market and working conditions in Denmark in general. In addition, courses were held for companies where they learned to make their own MobiSticks with content relevant to their workplace.


Partnership

The project was carried out by VIFIN, who was seeking to involve a number of companies in Vejle.


Financing

MobiSticks at Work was supported by the Local Employment Council in Vejle and was implemented in 2011.
