Eurobalance
Objective
The project aimed to create an education and learning environment that will encourage more effective uptake of work life balance (WLB) across Europe.
Activities
Peer educators -- so-called champions -- were trained to become mentors on WLB. They were to promote the uptake of a balanced work and life approach in organizations and small to middle range enterprises (SME). These champions also trained employees in the course of the project life.
Furthermore, existing knowledge was transferred to an e-database, and ICT-based training courses was developed. This offers users flexible access to information.
Taking into account local linguistic, fiscal, legal, cultural and social differences, the provided material is linguistically and conceptually adapted to circumstances applying in each partner country.
