Livorno: A Knowledge Province for Seniors at Work

Objective

The project aimed to promote best practice on methods and strategies that enable seniors at work to stay on the job, and help those out of work to get a job.

Activities
Training courses was offered to the target group to improve their competencies. Better cooperation among the Labour Employment Office, Labour Unions and employers was promoted.

Funding

The project was funded by The European Socialfund – Article 6 Innovative Measures. It was carried out 2006-2008.
