EU Awareness

Objective
The project aims to strengthen European citizenship by gaining a better understanding of citizens' EU skepticism, as well as informing and creating debate on the EU.

Activities
The project will conduct a survey of citizens 'perceptions of the EU, and then strengthen citizens' democratic participation by communicating how the EU and its institutions work, and holding local debate events and webinars. The project partners will also provide good examples of how the European Citizens' Initiative and other ways of giving feedback to EU policy-making work.

Financing
The project is supported by the EU program EU for Citizens and is implemented during the period October 2018 - December 2019.
