Project Management
On the basis of our long-standing work with national, international, and EU funded projects VIFIN offers to assist institutions and departments in Vejle Municipality with project management.
In externally funded projects there are often tight deadlines in connection with reports and strict requirements for documentation of costs. For this reason it is important that the administrative area is under control. Therefore, it may be advantageous to involve us already in the application stage (see also: Fundraising and Project Development).

- Administration and reporting of projects – including Social Fund and Regional Fund projects
- Periodic budget control
- Preparation of progress reports
