Background:
B. A. in Education, and diploma in: adult education, guidance counsellor, and project management
From 1986, has worked at within the business school system, specifically on the development of business education curricula and training courses on organisational development and employee development.
Has also worked with quality Systems and ran training courses on quality systems since 1992.

Since 2000, has worked primarily as freelancer on diverse projects relating to communication, organisational- and employee development, and as teacher at primary schools.
