Mr. Jespersgaard has extensive experience and excellent understanding of integration of migrants and ethnic minorities, having dedicated most of his over 30-year career in the field of integration. He has been involved primarily in the language training of migrants (adults and children), and in the last 10 years, had developed programs on integration: network building, mainstreaming migrants into the labour market, language and technical training, among others. He has also extensive experiences in implementing EU projects, first as Expert Evaluator of several EU-supported projects on training of child and adult migrants, and in recent years as Project Director for EU Social Fund-supported projects.
