Reasearch & Evaluation

VIFIN helps develop, launch and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, e.g., user satisfaction survey and/or dropout surveys.

The surveys are conducted “online” through a website, or through “paper” questionnaires. We also conduct research and program or special projects evaluation.
