Livorno: A Knowledge Province for Seniors at Work
The project aims to promote best practice on methods and strategies that enable seniors at work to stay on the job, and help those out of work to get a job. Training courses will be offered to the target group to improve their competencies. Better cooperation among the Labour Employment Office, Labour Unions and employers will be promoted.

As project partner, VIFIN will share its experiences in this area and participate in conferences. The Project’s Coordinator, Province of Livorno Development Office has been a partner of VIFIN under the trans national partnership, Coast Links, implemented under the PAV project.
